I need to get back into the long-blog mindset. I know I have fun, interesting stories to tell. I promise I do! Until I re-learn how to write better posts, here is a summary of my day:
7:43–Phone alarm goes off for the first time.
8:00–Phone alarm goes off for the second? third? time while I simultanteously receive a text message from Doug.
8:29–Finally drag myself out of bed.
8:34–Wash face.
8:39–Start coffeemaker.
8:57–Gather backpack and necessary items for the day.
9:08–Walk to bus stop.
9:14–Board bus just in time. (Even though another one was right behind it.)
9:23–Arrive on campus.
9:29–Walk into first class of the day.
9:45–Reality TV class lecture begins.
(During this particular class we watched clips from “Survivor,” and “The Comeback.”)
11:00–Class ends.
11:07–Arrive at my super secret study spot to eat lunch and read where no eyes can stare.
12:27–Walk to second (and final) class of the day.
12:45–Dostoevsky lecture begins.
(Today we finished our discussion of Notes from the Underground and began Crime and Punishment.)
2:06–Professor ends class, realizing he spoke 6 minutes over the official end to class.
(We often go over in time. But that’s okay because it’s a literature discussion.)
2:07–Being walk to the other bank.
2:22–Called back MPIRG to verify payment for the play I attended last weekend.
2:29–Arrive at my boss’s office for work.
(I kept busy all three hours today running errands, assembling boxes, and making new binder labels.)
5:29–Walk to theater building to meet Doug to ride home with him in lieu of taking the bus.
5:52–Arrive home.
6:09–Watched the news.
6:34–Start to make grilled cheese for dinner.
7:58–Turn on NBC to watch the State of the Nation. (Not to be confused with the State of the Union.)
9:39–Turn off television.
And the rest of the evening was filled with various distractions. Including writing this post. I have a quiz in my Holocaust History class tomorrow plus I should finish the novel we’re reading for my French History class by noon. So…that was my Tuesday.
